The unique quality in Vicki Vinton’s paintings manifests in her surfaces. Years of experience as a master in faux painting has taught her rare techniques such as Venetian plaster, marbling, trompe l’oeil, fresco and graining. Along with careful observation, she brings these skills to her paintings, creating a distinctly individual characteristic of depth to the surfaces, textures and colors of her work.
